Another Marriott sales promotional tour completed!

Having just finished our 2 week sales promotional tour with the Marriot sales team, we’re pleased to report an exhausting but successful tour. The coffee went down a treat – we found all customers really receptive (too receptive in some cases!) to coffee, delicious food, prizes and a catch up with the Marriott team. The effort the hotels had gone to with the edible treats for the customers outshone any previous experiences – the creativity and quality of produce was second to none, and really demonstrated the kitchen skills at the hotels. On offer were prizes – won by pulling the winning crackers which, with festive music playing, got everybody into the Christmas mood, enjoying a bit of fun. It was great to see so many customers smiling – the tour was clearly responsible for the release of lots of endorphins, a clever way to build closer relationships and loyalty with customers. Everyone on the team worked hard – whether it was chatting to the customers, making coffee, handing out food, pulling crackers or setting up and packing away – each venue was jam packed with activity as the numbers we reached exceeded expectations. The message, and Marriott love was spread far and wide over the 2 weeks. #marriottsaysthx
