To confirm your booking, we ask for a 50% deposit up front, with the remaining balance due after the event.

How much does coffee van hire cost?
We keep our pricing simple and transparent. Most events fall between £800 for a shorter service and £1,800 for a full day with a larger crowd, with everything in between depending on your guest numbers, menu choices, and location. Get in touch and we’ll give you an exact figure within 24 hours.
What's included in the hire?
Every booking includes unlimited drinks, full van set-up, a menu tailored to your event, and the right number of baristas to keep things flowing – whether that’s one, two or three. The only extra is travel, but we’ll discuss this up front so here’s no hidden surprises.
Is there a minimum hire period?
There’s no minimum booking, you can hire us for an hour, a full day, or consecutive days if it’s a touring roadshow. We’ll price things accordingly, so get in touch for a quote.
What do we need to provide?
Very little. We come self-contained. Our coffee van comes to events with its own water and power, so you don’t need to provide either. If there is a power supply nearby, that’s a bonus – it helps things run smoothly when it gets busy, and in poor weather conditions.
